The registration desk is located in the foyer of the Novotel Vines Resort & Country Club.
The opening hours are:
- Monday 30th September 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday 1st October 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday 2nd October 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Thursday 3rd October 8:00 AM – 12:40 PM
