Information for Presenters
Speaker preparation instructions
Talks need to be loaded directly on to the presentation computer in Barrett Lennard Room via USB. A volunteer will be on hand to assist with loading your talk. Please load your talk at least one full session prior to your session.
The presentation room comes with a lectern, a PC equipped with Microsoft Office, data projection (16:9 aspect ratio), microphone and audio, and a pointer. Internet access will also be available in the room.
Displaying your poster
You should have received notification of your poster session via email. If you are unsure of your poster session, please check the program on the conference website, http://www.bacpath.org/program/. Presenters should stand by their poster during their allocated session.
Poster Session 1 will be held on Monday 30th September from 8:00pm – 10:00pm in the Samuel Copley Room.
Poster Session 2 will be held on Tuesday 1st October from 8:00pm – 10:00pm in the Samuel Copley Room.
Posters are only displayed on the day of your allocated poster session. Please make sure your poster is displayed on the morning of your allocated session and taken down by the end of the day. If your poster is not removed by the end of the day, it will be taken down and left at the registration desk. Any posters not collected by the end of the conference will be disposed of.
Velcro will be provided to mount your poster. Please locate your abstract number in the poster listing for correct positioning.
